Flow Dry Technology Promotes Glenn Perrine and Dave Flaugher

New Vice President and Engineering Manager Will Enhance Dayton Company's Operations

BROOKVILLE, OH (Janurary 25, 2006) -- Flow Dry Technology, Ltd., a leading manufacturer of gaskets and desiccant products, recently announced the promotion of Glenn Perrine to Vice President and Plant Manager, and Dave Flaugher to Engineering Manager.

"Glenn and Dave have both made invaluable contributions to the growth of the company," said Doug LeConey, President of Flow Dry Technology. "We're confident they will use their skills and talents to excel in their new positions."

Promoted from Engineering Manager, Perrine has been with the company since 1987 when he started as a Mechanical Engineer. He has designed much of Flow Dry's latest-technology equipment, holds over a dozen patents, and is responsible for much of the firm's current success in Europe. Promoted to Engineering Manager in 1999, Perrine recently implemented an Overall Equipment Effectiveness program that has significantly improved manufacturing operations. He holds a degree in Electromechanical Engineering from Dayton's Sinclair University.

Flaugher was promoted to Engineering Manager from his prior position as Manufacturing Engineer. He has experience in design, operation, and programming of the company's equipment, and has obtained a number of patents that are actively used in the market. In his new role, he will help customers design, quote, and implement the right solutions for their needs. Prior to joining Flow Dry in 1992, Flaugher was employed by a major technology manufacturer as a Manufacturing Engineer. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering from Wright State University in Dayton.
