Flow Dry Technology, Inc. Acquires Assets For Desiccant Packet Production

Brookville, OH (May 14, 2009) -- Flow Dry Technology, Inc., a leading manufacturer of Desiccant Packages and active packaging solutions, has purchased the inventory and equipment for desiccant packet and bag production from Aridien Manufacturing, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aridien, Inc. Flow Dry will continue production from the climate-controlled Belen, NM facility.
