Flow Dry Technology, Inc. Acquires Assets For Desiccant Packet Production

Brookville, OH (May 14, 2009) -- Flow Dry Technology, Inc., a leading manufacturer of Desiccant Packages and active packaging solutions, has purchased the inventory and equipment for desiccant packet and bag production from Aridien Manufacturing, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Aridien, Inc. Flow Dry will continue production from the climate-controlled Belen, NM facility.

"The plant in Belen, NM employs a very capable team of people who have been very successful at producing high quality Tyvek® packets for pharmaceutical markets and other applications. This is a strategic investment that will allow the capabilities and strengths of Aridien Manufacturing, Inc.'s advanced packet manufacturing processes to complement the marketing and international presence of Flow Dry. It is our intent to grow the packet business and perform continued development to meet active packaging needs of customers worldwide from the plant in Belen, NM.
