Flow-Dry^® Packaged Desiccants Expands Global Presence to Asia

Brookville, Ohio (August 18, 2008)- Flow Dry Technology, Inc. the world's leading supplier of Flow-Dry® Desiccant Packages for Automotive Air Conditioning systems has now established a new manufacturing plant in Zhangjiagang, China. The plant will produce a variety of desiccant packages, including desiccant bags for accumulators and condenser dryers, desiccant cartridges for receiver dryers, and various other product configurations for dehydration in automotive AC systems. The plant will utilize process equipment designed and built by the company's own engineering staff in the U.S.A.

The new facility is registered as Flow Dry (Zhangjiagang) Packaging Products Co., Ltd. and is located near Shanghai, China. "The introduction of our factory in China, shows a continuing commitment to our global customers to provide local sourcing on the major continents, and is another step in our strategy to become a leading packager and provider of desiccants products to a variety of industries throughout the world.", said Doug LeConey, President of Flow Dry Technology.

A number of customer products currently exported to Asia from Flow Dry Technology U.S.A and Flow Dry KFT will be produced in China and shipped to various locations in Asia, including India, China and Korea. The new facility will allow Just-In-Time shipments and significantly reduce transportation costs for its current and future Asian customers. Production began August 2008. The plant is expected to be ISO9000 certified in late 2008.

Flow Dry Technology, Inc. packages various desiccant, silica-gel and molecular sieve materials for a variety of end use applications. Package designs are available in both standard and custom configurations in order to meet a variety of operational requirements. Typical applications include automotive air conditioning and exhaust systems, electrical component moisture control, packaging, commercial air conditioning, medical, and medical equipment.
