Flow Dry Worldwide LLC Formed

Brookville, Ohio - Stanhope Products Company, a division of Brittany Corporation, has announced a strategic restructuring that has resulted in the formation of a new company, Flow Dry Worldwide LLC. The new company, still owned by Brittany Corporation, will consist of two divisions, Flow Dry Technology Ltd, located in Brookville, Ohio, and FlowDry Kft, located in Hungary. The new company will focus on protecting customer's products by offering value-oriented sealing products and engineered desiccant systems that provide sustained performance advantages with minimal downtime.

Flow Dry Technology Ltd will acquire most of the assets of Stanhope to more clearly brand the company's focus on technologies related to sealing and drying products. The new company will serve global customers requiring quality-engineered products and systems to meet high volume component needs. Flow Dry Technology Ltd will primarily manufacture and market products for automotive drying and sealing applications, but expects to target other large markets, including small engine, general packaging, food and medical products.
